Play Therapy

Play therapy is a form of psychotherapy specifically designed for children, employing play as a means of expression. In this therapeutic approach, children use toys, games, and creative activities to communicate their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, helping them address and resolve psychological, emotional, and behavioral issues in a safe and supportive environment. Trained play therapists guide the process, fostering healing and personal growth. Learn more at a4pt.org

We will first “meet” for a free 15-minute phone call so that you can get a feel for what therapy with me is like. If you choose to move forward with therapy we will have our official first session where we will explore specific background questions and come up with a treatment plan together. This is called an intake.

Intake: $215 (75 minutes)

After that we will meet at a cadence that is right for you (weekly, biweekly or monthly).

Individual/Family Session: $145 (50 minutes).

I do not take insurance at this time, however, I am more than happy to provide you with a receipt to present your insurance company upon request.
