Family Therapy
Family therapy, also known as family counseling or systemic therapy, is a specialized form of psychotherapy that focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing the overall functioning of a family unit as a whole. It recognizes that family dynamics and relationships play a significant role in an individual's mental and emotional well-being. When partaking in family therapy, the family is the client. Therefore open-communication is crucial for making progress.
